Governing Body is the Apex Body of the College framing internal rules and regulations and look after the development of the Institution within the Guidelines of Affiliating University-The University of Burdwan, Government of West Bengal and UGC, Govt. of India. As per College and University Act, 2017 Govt. of West Bengal nominates the name of President, two Govt. Nominee and the name of WBSCHE representative. Present Governing Body was constituted in April, 2019 with President, Dr. Asok Kumar Chattopadhyay, MLA, Suri A.C. On his resignation, Shri Bikash RoyChowdhury, MLA, Suri Assembly Constituency was nominated as president by the Govt. of West Bengal w.e.f. 2022.
